New place created location/ distance

I created the restaurant because it didn’t exist.
I created it while in Chicago. The restaurant is in Columbus.
The address is showed in Columbus. (See image)
While in Chicago the restaurant shows up as 0.0 miles from me. (See other image)
Distance appears to be from location of data entry instead of restaurant address.

Matt Strayer: the true location / accurate address is shown in the photo. It is at 773 n high st Columbus oh.

Matt Strayer: this happened when I searched for some favorite spots in Cleveland and added them. They seem to have my location (currently at home) as their location.
I can’t seem to figure out how to update the address
